Folgende Fragestellungen wurden in dem Interview behandelt (nicht alle sind letztlich auch in den Artikel eingeflossen):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welche Unternehmen (Agenturen, Software-Unternehmen?) geben das Coding an Euch raus?<\/li>\n<li>Welche Art von Arbeit sourcen die Unternehmen aus?<\/li>\n<li>Warum sourcen sie aus und erledigen die Arbeit nicht selbst?<\/li>\n<li>Wie ist die Arbeit organisiert? Unterliegt Ihr einem festen Workflow?<\/li>\n<li>Wie l\u00e4uft das Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement?<\/li>\n<li>Ihr seid sehr spezialisiert. Ist das ein Vor- oder ein Nachteil?<\/li>\n<li>Wie hat sich die Auftragslage \u00fcber die Zeit entwickelt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unsere Antwort auf die Frage nach der Auftragslage m\u00f6chten wir an dieser Stelle noch einmal ausf\u00fchrlich beantworten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;W\u00e4hrend unserer Zeit als Powerflasher war die Auftragslage gerade im Bereich Flash hervorragend. Doch seit immer mehr Kunden auf HTML (welches selten 5 ist) setzen, sinkt die Nachfrage.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch war es ein logischer Schritt uns neu am Markt zu positionieren. Wir haben im Februar unseren <a title=\"Rebranding zu Interactive Pioneers\" href=\"https:\/\/www.interactive-pioneers.de\/blog\/wie-man-eine-firma-nach-15-jahren-in-4-tagen-rebrandet\/\">Namen zu Interactive Pioneers ge\u00e4ndert<\/a>;\u00a0die Marke ist neu und unbekannt. Die Auftragslage hat sich nat\u00fcrlich nicht von heute auf morgen ge\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>Wir arbeiten an einer langfristigen Wahrnehmung der Interactive Pioneers als ganzheitliche Agentur, erste Erfolge k\u00f6nnen verbucht werden.
