Das Aachener Digitalstudio Interactive Pioneers hat nun auf dieser Grundlage einen neuartigen Video Chatbot entwickelt und auf seiner eigenen Website implementiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Unterschied zu einem traditionellen, textbasierten Chatbot erweitert der Interactive Pioneers Video-Bot das automatisierte Dialogsystem um eine visuelle und emotionale Komponente. Anstelle statischer Texte w\u00e4hlt die eingesetzte KI voraufgezeichnete Videos als Antworten aus und wertet sie zu einem audiovisuellen Erlebnis auf wie es zuvor noch nicht m\u00f6glich war. Ein solcher Video-Chatbot ist daher vor allem geeignet, um Firmen und ihre Menschen authentisch vorzustellen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Im Fall der 20-k\u00f6pfigen Interaktiv-Agentur stellt der Gr\u00fcnder Carlo Matic Kunden und Bewerbern seine Firma und sein Team so vor, wie er es auch in einer pers\u00f6nlichen Begegnung machen w\u00fcrde. Statt von einer herk\u00f6mmlichen Website wird der User auf <a href=\"http:\/\/www.interactive-pioneers.de\">www.interactive-pioneers.de<\/a>\u00a0mit einem schlichten Eingabefeld begr\u00fc\u00dft, \u00fcber das er alle Fragen stellt, die ihn zu dem Digital-Dienstleister interessieren. Im Hintergrund w\u00e4hlt die auf Google Dialog Flow basierende Bot-Technologie die passende Antwort und startet den Video Chat.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>&#8222;Intuitiver und direkter als eine Sucheingabe mit prompter Antwort in Videoform kann eine User Experience kaum sein.
